Do this Think City Survey now about affordable housing and Transportation in our city.
I picked remove car lanes/open roads to non-cars as being the best option because it doesn't require money - only leadership - and it does the most good because it solves 2 problems at the same time.

Of course, all of us know a street full of bikes can clear the way for an ambulance much faster than a street full of cars. Not to mention the irony that so many ambulance trips are necessitated by cars in the first place...
